Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within this period and meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be free from stains, perfumes, and other signs of wear
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Returns & Exchanges
Every order includes a Return & Exchange Form to make the process simple and convenient. If you wish to return an item, simply complete the form included with your order and indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another size, subject to availability.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. We will provide further instructions and assist you throughout the process.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
